Physical Education

Connect, contribute, develop your critical eye and be a courageous citizen.

Junior Health and Physical Education aims to develop your emotional intelligence, adaptability, interpersonal, communication, problem-solving and time management skills. We endeavour to develop these skills through exciting physical contexts including rock-climbing, archery, kayaking and a range of international games. In Health we explore relevant and current issues which teenagers are experiencing in the 21st century.

In the Senior Physical Education course, you will enjoy a break from your more academic studies and learn to challenge yourself through a range of different physical activities. Our focus is around participation and having fun! We aim to equip you with the soft skills you will need for your future.
