Junior & senior curriculum
At Cambridge High School, we believe that academic success is available to every student who is prepared to work hard and take advice and guidance from their teachers.
Our curriculum design guides students and provides a range of subjects that support our holistic approach to education. Students are encouraged to study broadly in the junior school, discovering their interests in a range of learning areas. Student course selections then become more specialised in the senior school as they discover more about themselves and what they need to be well-prepared for life beyond school.

YEAR 9 CURRICULUM
All Year 9 students take English, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies and Physical Education. They also take a number of option subjects throughout the year. Students must take at least one language, a technology subject and an arts subject. Please see Year 9 Options (specialist learning subjects) below:
YEAR 10 CURRICULUM
All Year 10 students take English, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies and Physical Education.
