Welcome

At Cambridge High School, we know that the best learning comes from a close relationship between home and school.

At Cambridge High School, we encourage every student to join in, to work hard, to try new things and to succeed.

At Cambridge High School, we believe in the spirit of our motto.
"Fortiter et recte" - that is, "to have the strength to do the right thing" - is a reminder to our school community that moral strength and learning provide the key to the journey of life.

HALF DAY FOR STUDENTS WEDNESDAY 25 AUGUST

Please be advised that Wednesday 25 August is a half day for all students.  Normal lessons will cease at the end of period 3 (12.30).

This is because teachers, who are members of the PPTA will be attending a meeting to consider the Ministry’s offer regarding the new collective agreement for secondary teachers.

While students will be free to leave school at 12.30pm, parents need to be aware that buses will run at their normal times.  There will be teachers available to supervise students for both periods 4 and 5 if required.

Please let the student office know if your childe needs this supervision by phoning 827 5415 ext. 821 or email: ca@camhigh.school.nz.

Thank you
