| 1. | Cambridge High School is a community of learners. Our core values are self-development, intellectual empowerment, and life-long learning within the diversity and strength of our one community. |
| 2. | Our school motto is ‘Fortiter et Recte', two important ideals. The meaning of these two words in Latin is ‘Fortiter' strength or courage. ‘Recte' is integrity, right, moral standards. The motto means to be strong and have the courage to do the right thing. The Latin language is a link with the scholars of the past. |
| 3. | Our mission statement makes three commitments: provides learning opportunities that are innovative and relevant promotes traditional values of self-discipline, integrity, and respect for others, and promises our commitment to quality co-education. |
| 4. | We have four ‘cornerstones' which relate to the symbols in our crest, which has four quadrants. | ![]() |
